Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, your message, and how you heard about us. When you book a call, you provide your details to our scheduling provider (see "Scheduling" below).

When you visit the site, we collect standard analytics data: the pages you view, the site or link that referred you, your approximate location (country, region, and city derived from your IP address), your device and browser type, and your time zone. We use cookies and similar technologies for this (see "Cookies and analytics").

We do not collect special categories of personal data, and we do not ask for payment information on this site.

• Cloudflare, Inc., for website hosting, security, and spam protection.
• Calendly LLC, for scheduling calls.
• ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc.) and Slack (Slack Technologies, LLC), to receive and manage inquiries submitted through our contact form.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Scheduling

We use Calendly to let you book a call. When you schedule through the embedded Calendly tool, your information is handled under Calendly's own privacy policy.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans and bots apart. This helps us prevent spam and abuse without traditional CAPTCHAs.

Data retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our business records, then delete them. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings.

International visitors

Leanware LLC is based in the United States, and the providers we use process data in the United States and other countries. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us. Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA, the United Kingdom, or California), you may have additional rights over your data. To make a request, email [email protected] and we will respond.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
