Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Leanware LLC ("Leanware," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If anything here is unclear, email us at [email protected].
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to learn about our work. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with how it runs, or try to access it in ways we did not intend. The content here is for general information and does not, on its own, create a contract for services.
Our services
We design and build software and provide related engineering services for our clients. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement we both sign, such as a proposal, a statement of work, or a master services agreement. That agreement, not this page, sets the scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables for an engagement. If it ever conflicts with these terms, the signed agreement controls.
Quotes and estimates
Anything described on this site, including service descriptions, timelines, and price ranges, is for general guidance and is not a binding offer. We confirm the scope and fees for your project in a written agreement before work begins.
Intellectual property
This site, including its text, design, logos, and graphics, belongs to Leanware or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission, beyond what normal browsing requires.
Ownership of the software and other deliverables we build for you is handled in your signed agreement, not here. As a general rule, you own what you pay us to build once you have paid for it, and we keep our pre-existing tools and know-how. Your agreement sets out the details.
Confidentiality
When we work together, both sides often share non-public information. We treat what you share as confidential and expect the same in return. The specifics are set out in your signed agreement or a separate non-disclosure agreement.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and embeds third-party services, such as our scheduling and analytics providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of services we do not control, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers
We provide this site "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or current. Information on the site is not professional advice for your specific situation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Leanware is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our responsibility for the services we provide to clients is addressed in the signed agreement for that work.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Governing state, confirm with legal], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
