Jarvy Sanchez is the Co-Founder and CTO of Leanware, leading the technical strategy and engineering culture that powers the company's ability to build exceptional software products.

With expertise in Python, Next.js, React, Angular, Nest.js, Java, Jarvy combines hands-on technical knowledge with strategic architectural thinking. His focus spans software architecture, data engineering, and AI/ML — always with an eye toward practical applications that drive real business value.

Before co-founding Leanware, Jarvy worked as a software developer on an IIoT platform, where Carlos was his team lead. That partnership laid the foundation for what would become Leanware — a company built on technical excellence, trust, and a shared commitment to doing things right.

Starting as a two-person team, Jarvy has helped scale Leanware's technical organization to over 40 engineers, designers, and product experts. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams through AI-driven productivity, clear technical standards, thoughtful mentorship, and a high-performance culture that values both craft and collaboration.
